  • Pore Sizes: Available in 0.45 μm or 0.65 μm, these cartridges are tailored for the final filtration of wine and sparkling wine, effectively retaining spoilage yeasts.
  • Sizes: Offered in four configurations, ranging from 10” to 40”, with filtration areas from 0.78 m² to 3.12 m², accommodating various production scales.

  • Sterilization Procedures
    • Autoclaving of wet filter cartridges up to a maximum temperature of 134 °C, for 30 minutes
    • In-line steam sterilization of wetted cartridges with a maximum of 2.3 bar | 34 psi inlet pressure and 2 bar | 29 psi outlet pressure (max. ∆p = 0.3 bar | 5 psi)
    • Hot water sterilization at 85–95°C, 30 minutes, ΔP max 0.5 bar
