Mycap® CCX Cell Expansion System combines a proprietary bottle closure with a dedicated gas-exchange cartridge and integral tubing, transforming routine shake flasks into closed, bench-top mini bioreactors that no longer require a laminar flow cabinet.

  • Plasticizer-free silicone seal with two 0.2 µm hydrophobic filters for efficient O₂/CO₂ exchange.
  • Factory-installed tubing and Quickseal® collars for straightforward sterile connections and disconnections.
  • Supplied on flasks from 125 mL to 3000 mL with either tube-weldable lines or Aseptiquik® connectors.
  • Media addition, inoculation, sampling and passage without removing the cap, reducing handling steps and contamination risk.
