This robust, and easy-to-use device facilitates sterile tube disconnects with precision. The disconnection process is executed using a handheld tool, available separately, allowing for quick and efficient cutting at the point of use. Clipster^® is the only solution that can be installed by the operator directly at the disconnection point, ensuring aseptic conditions without fluid contact, making it easily validated.

• Mechanical disconnection can be performed on platinum-cured silicone and thermoplastic tubings (refer to the datasheet for a list of validated materials.)
• Sterility assurance is proven through validation with a bacterial challenge test (BCT) via immersion in B. Atropheus at 10E6 CFU/mL.
