The PATfix® AAV Platform is a chromatography system that streamlines downstream AAV analytics from crude to purified samples, reducing reliance on multiple assays. It combines optimized chromatographic methods—such as size exclusion chromatography (SEC) for impurity detection and cation exchange chromatography (CEX) for total AAV capsid assessment—with orthogonal detection (UV, conductivity, and MALS) to deliver consistent separations and quantitative readouts. These include total capsid recovery across downstream steps, empty/full assessment, and impurity profiles covering gDNA, protein, and aggregates.
