CIMmultus^® is a unique and industry-proven line of pre-packed chromatographic monolithic columns featuring large flow-through channels, designed for working with large biomolecules such as viruses (AAV, adenovirus, lentivirus, influenza, bacteriophages), nucleic acids (mRNA, pDNA), virus-like particles and exosomes. CIMmultus^® columns can be used as single-use disposable or multi-use columns. They are available in a variety of volume ranges – from 1mL for screening and method development purposes to 8000mL for industrial manufacturing.

CIMmultus^® C4 HLD employs a high density of butyl ligands to achieve strong surface hydrophobicity. Relying on hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC), this column is a must for nucleic acid separations, providing an excellent solution for the purification of pDNA and RNA.
