4Cell^® XtraCHO Media are formulated to maximize the product tier of the Sartorius CHO-DG44 cell lines. It provides robust performance in production systems of small and large scale, e.g. flask, Ambr® 15 | 250 and bioreactors.

4Cell^® XtraCHO Stock & Adaptation Medium (SAM) allows the cultivation or media adaptation of CHO cells. Lacking certain metabolites, the cultivation media exerts a strong selection pressure on cells and shortens the time consuming adaptation to fed batch culture.
