The BioPAT® Spectro UV single-use pipes are part of the BioPAT® Spectro UV solution, which comprises a single-use pipe, a reusable probe head and a spectrometer.

Available in 3/8" and 1/2" sizes with HB‑TC or HB‑HB connections, the single-use pipes are easy and quick to integrate into standard single-use tube assemblies, enabling inline UV measurements without altering existing flow paths. BioPAT® Spectro UV single-use pipes can only be ordered in multiples of 10 units.

The BioPAT® Spectro UV single-use pipe is engineered to minimize dead volume without affecting fluid dynamics or causing significant pressure drops across the flow path.

The optical path length (OPL) is fixed for all single-use pipe sizes, independent of the inner diameter of the tubing assembly. This is achieved through a state-of-the-art quartz cell manufacturing technique, which provides a reproducible, single-piece component that is easy to assemble.

The mechanical interface of the BioPAT® Spectro UV probe head fits all single-use pipe and calibration pipe sizes, and its compact design ensures a small footprint in system integration.
