Vivaflow® SU TFF Cassettes, Hydrosart® RC for up to 1 L Feeds

Vivaflow^® SU is a next generation ultrafilter that simplifies TFF for researchers who value efficiency over complexity. With these kits, you can effortlessly concentrate and rebuffer any macromolecule from up to 1 L feed samples quickly, reliably, and more sustainably.

Ready to flow. Pre-defined kits include all the cassettes and tubing sets you need to perform ultrafiltration right out of the box. Thanks to the directional Luer fittings, linking both cassettes to a suitable pump and feed and permeate reservoirs is fast and simple.

Lossless flexibility. The extended range of membranes includes high-performance Hydrosart^® regenerated cellulose (RC), with molecular weight cut-offs (MWCOs) from 2 to 300 kDa. These are ideal for high recovery of proteins, viruses, nucleic acids, and more.

Put down the calculator. The unique flip flow path has been re-designed from the ground up to enhance ultrafiltration and diafiltration performance. This delivers ultra-efficient TFF without the need for tedious process optimization.

Responsibly made. Vivaflow^® SU cassettes contain 30.5% less plastic than the previous generation and are shipped in easy-to-recycle packaging. The dedicated tubing set in each of these kits is also designed to run both cassettes in series, so every component serves a purpose.
