Maximum Recovery
Hydrosart® regenerated cellulose membranes ensure high recoveries of DNA, RNA, peptides, or protein samples at very low initial concentrations, thanks to the low membrane area, horizontal orientation, and very low absorptive properties.
Reliable Analysis
PCR Grade units are treated to ensure they are free of all trace DNA. This avoids erroneous results in critical applications, such as the concentration of DNA from crime scene swab samples prior to PCR amplification and analysis.
Flexible Options
Vivacon® is suitable for many target molecule sizes and lengths, thanks to a broad choice of molecular weight cut-offs (MWCO).
Complete Retentate Retrieval
Reverse-spin enabled, the concentrator can simply be inverted to collect the entire retentate sample into the included collection tube with a short centrifugal spin.
Built-In Sample Storage
The cap supplied with each concentrator can be used to seal either the retentate or filtrate collection tube, depending on which sample you need to retain for your application. This allows for convenient storage without the need for additional consumables.
