The CIMac r-Protein L Analytical Columns are designed for rapid and efficient HPLC monitoring and quantitation of a wide range of antibodies and antibody fragments, including Fabs, single-chain variable fragments (scFv), and domain antibodies (Dabs). This makes them ideal for process analytical technology (PAT). Utilizing recombinant Protein L from E. coli, these columns offer the unique ability to bind to kappa light chains of immunoglobulins, regardless of heavy chain subclass, providing an advantage over proteins A and G.
