Single-use Transfer Assemblies
Ready-to-use tube sets simplify liquid handling in all process steps from media preparation to final fill. Built around low-extractable Tuflux® SIL silicone or weldable C-Flex® 374 tubing, they establish a closed, single-use fluid path in minutes.
Key features
- More than 100 tubing assemblies are available for pumping, welding and sealing, steaming or high-pressure workflows.
- Connector options include Opta® SFT sterile connectors, 1.5" Tri-Clamp fittings, MPC and MPX quick couplers, and SteamThru™ valves.
- Standard lengths are 1.5 m, 3 m and 5 m. Additional configurations are available through a configure-to-order service.
- Tuflux® SIL tubing (60 Shore A) supports long pump life and high flow rates, whereas C-Flex® TPE enables sterile welds and seals.
- Every joint is qualified to at least 1 bar. Reinforced, Oetiker-clamped lines withstand up to 4 bar.
