Configurable Vivaflow® Systems for Lab Scale Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF)

Vivaflow^® System makes lab scale TFF easier and more consistent. Designed for concentration and buffer exchange of samples ≥100 mL, it brings intuitive automation to TFF processes on any Vivaflow^® cassette, helping to reduce the need for manual monitoring while improving control over UF and DF endpoints.​

Through a combination of class-leading hardware and the precision of the dedicated Vivaflow^® QApp, users can configure UF, DF or multi-step TFF processes in just a few taps, then let the system run with minimal interaction. Real-time status monitoring, including estimated time remaining, is available directly at the system or remotely via web browser.​
​
To support each application and new or existing setups, Vivaflow^® System is fully customizable. Complete systems include a Watson-Marlow pump, Cubis^® III balance and accessories, while upgrade kits help automate existing, compatible hardware. This flexibility allows users to build the right setup for running Vivaflow^® SU, Vivaflow^® 50R or Vivaflow^® 200 cassettes.​
