Vivaflow® cassettes represent the ideal solution for high performance ultrafiltration and diafiltration, without the expense and optimization effort needed for process-scale systems. They are operated by peristaltic pump and designed with scalability in mind, to accommodate initial sample volumes from 100 mL up to 5 L.

To this end, a comprehensive range of complimentary, easy-to-use equipment and accessories is available for Vivaflow®.

Masterflex® peristaltic pump drives and heads are ideal for Vivaflow® cassette operation, while having the flexibility needed for many other fluid transfer applications. Pump drives are offered for 230 or 115 V mains supplies, and a variable speed, reversible motor enables precise flow control in either direction.

Loading tubing into Easy-Load pump heads is fast and simple, thanks to the single-thumb operated lever and automatic tubing retention. In addition, each model is compatible with multiple tubing sizes, extending their suitability to further applications, while the hard-wearing materials ensure long-term durability.

Coupling the modular design of Vivaflow® cassettes with ready-to-use accessories, including a range of connectors, flow restrictors and a sample | diafiltration reservoir, will increase process speed, maximize throughput, and eliminate your process bottlenecks.

For ultimate convenience, complete systems are also offered, including a pump, pump head, sample | diafiltration reservoir and spare tubing.
