Sartopure^® PP3 Sartoscale devices are small-scale, ready-to-use screening filters for evaluating polypropylene fleece prefiltration in biopharmaceutical process development. They are designed for low-volume filtration studies and help support filter selection, process optimization and scale-up planning before transfer to larger Sartopure^® PP3 formats such as cartridges, capsules, Midicaps^® or Maxicaps^®.

Main Formats:

• Sartoscale 25: Compact screening device with 4.5 cm² effective filtration area and low hold-up volume of ≤ 1 mL, suitable for small sample volumes and early development work.
• Sartoscale 47: Larger screening device with 17.3 cm² effective filtration area, suitable for expanded filtration trials and scale-up evaluations.
