Their small volume and short column length allow the operation at high volumetric flow rates, enabling them to receive the information about the product quantity and purity in just a few minutes. The CIMac™ DEAE-0.1 Analytical Columns are weak anion-exchange monolithic columns, that bind biomolecules that are predominantly negatively charged over the pH working range of 3-9.
DEAE (diethylamine) features:
- Weak anion exchanger
- Working range, pH 2–9
- Binds molecules with predominantly negative charge, repels molecules a predominantly positive charge
- Use for capture, intermediate, or polishing steps in either bind-elute or flow-through mode
- High capacity for plasmid DNA
- Sanitizable with 1 M NaOH
