Real-time F-actin labeling for live-cell imaging and morphology analysis

The Incucyte^® Actinlight Rapid Orange Dye is a cell-permeable fluorescent probe that specifically labels filamentous actin (F-actin) in living cells and is ideally suited for mix-and-read, real-time visualization of cytoskeletal dynamics using the Incucyte^® Live-Cell Analysis System equipped with a G/O/NIR or O/NIR Optical Module. Without the need for fixation, permeabilization, or wash steps, researchers can monitor changes in cell morphology, actin organization, migration, and drug-induced structural responses over time. At optimized concentrations, the dye is non-perturbing to cell growth and morphology and can be multiplexed with Incucyte^® Cell Health Reagents to combine actin-based measurements with proliferation, apoptosis, or cytotoxicity readouts in a single assay. Validated for use with the Incucyte^® Live-Cell Analysis System (G/O/NIR or O/NIR), the Incucyte^® Actinlight Rapid Orange Dye enables real-time visualization and quantification of cellular behavior in physiologically relevant live-cell assays.
