The Filling Station Insert for 1L and 2L Celsius® Paks is a mechanical device which is used in conjunction with the Celsius® Filling Station.

The insert is designed to hold a single 1L or 2L Celsius® Pak. The Pak is held in place on the front face of the Filling Station Insert by stainless steel brackets. A total of two brackets are provided. The Filling Station Insert is designed to allow the Celsius® Paks to be filled and pressurized inside the Celsius® Filling Station.

The Celsius® Filling Station is an elevated mounting platform which includes a docking system for perfect alignment of transfer carts, allowing for an easy transfer of the Paks to and from the station. This results in minimal effort for the operators and mitigates any possible risk to the contents of the Paks. Additionally, the station is equipped with an HMI (Human Machine Interface) which allows for accurate and automatic filling, further reducing the need for operator intervention. The Filling Station Insert is a necessary accessory for use of the Filling Station.
