CIMac™ Analytical Columns are short-bed high-performance monolithic columns offering all the advantages of CIM® monolithic technology. Their small volume and short column length allow the operation at high volumetric flow rates, enabling them to receive the information about the product quantity and purity in just a few minutes. Hence, the CIMac™ Analytical Columns can be effectively used for the in-process and final control of various samples from different purification process steps.

CIMac™ OH Analytical column are primarily intended for fast, efficient and reproducible analysis and in-process control of proteins, viral particles and other biomolecules under hydrophilic conditions throughout different purification steps.

OH (hydroxyl) features:

  • Uncharged (neutral) ligand
  • Working range, pH 2–10
  • Retains very large solutes (virus particles, VLP, vesicles) in the presence of precipitating salts or polyethylene glycol, and elutes them with high resolution in order of increasing size
  • Elution with descending salt or polyethylene glycol
  • Sanitizable with 1 M NaOH
