The Sartoflow® Expert SU is a flexible fully automated single-use TFF system for process development up to pilot-scale manufacturing, running filtration sizes from 0.14 up to 1.4 m² in 1-20 L scale. It streamlines up to three process steps - mixing, ultrafiltration/diafiltration and sterile-grade filtration in a robust fully single-use closed loop, increasing operator safety, product integrity and process quality.
