The BioPAT® Spectro UV Spectrometers EC 1 Channel and EC 2 Channel are part of the BioPAT® Spectro UV solution, which consists of three main components: a single-use pipe, a reusable probe head and a spectrometer.

Designed for inline UV measurements in bioprocess applications, the system integrates easily into existing set-ups. The BioPAT® Spectro UV Spectrometer is available in one- or two-channel configurations to address different process and monitoring requirements.

Specifications

The BioPAT® Spectro UV Spectrometer is available in one- and two-channel configurations, with each channel equipped with a separate internal reference system for background subtraction and noise correction. This design ensures excellent measurement reproducibility while maintaining very high light intensity and outstanding measurement frequency.

BioPAT® Spectro UV uses Profinet® as a digital communication interface, enabling comprehensive integration into the control system of choice with improved signal, data and process management. Multi-variate data analysis (MVDA) powered by SIMCA®-Q is embedded in the spectrometer, while light fiber cables transmit light to and from the spectrometer, which also performs preliminary signal processing.
