High-Speed Purification

Sartobind® Lab Protein A affinity membrane adsorbers are ready-to-use units in a syringe filter format. The macorporous matrix makes them the ideal tool for rapid purification of immunoglobulins (IgG) and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) by providing superior flow rates and reduced cycle times when compared to conventional columns. A complete purification cycle – whether by syringe or on an FPLC system - takes less than 5 minutes.

Ultimate Versatility

Sartobind® Lab Protein A units are available with a 2 mL bed volume, providing binding capacities of 10 - 15 mg IgG per unit. Equipped with standard Luer lock connectors, Sartobind® Lab units enable simple, equipment-free handling by syringe, or can be easily connected to FPLC systems for automated purifications. The units are compatible with most common protein A purification buffers and can be regenerated for multiple purification cycles, ensuring high-cost efficiency.
