One platform for two technologies

Sartoclear® Depth Filters and Sartobind® membrane chromatography cassettes are two complementing technologies using the same holder and manifold plates. Use Sartoclear® Depth Filters for applications with moderate solids content. If you need large scale membrane chromatography for virus | VLP large protein capture use Sartobind® anion or cation exchangers cassettes. And to scale above 2000 L monoclonal antibody production for aggregate removal, Sartobind® Phenyl cassettes would be the right choice.

Easy handling

The filter holders are made for the use in a biopharmaceutical environment. The systems are designed for easy cleaning and ergonomic handling. The installation of varying numbers of filters is intuitive, fast and easy.

User friendly

The filter holders are equipped with easy accessible mounting bars for the quick and secure installation of commonly used accessories such as pressure sensors, pressure safety devices and bioburden reduction filters.
