The Sartorius Quickseal® Cutting Tool is engineered to provide a fast, secure, and aseptic disconnection of tubing in biopharmaceutical applications. This tool is available in both manually operated and battery-operated versions, catering to different tube diameters and ensuring ease of use and portability.
Manual Cutting Tool:
- Designed for tubing up to 1/4" (6.4 mm) outer diameter.
- Lightweight and easy to handle, making it ideal for single-person operation.
- Provides a clean and precise cut, ensuring a reliable aseptic seal.
- Features a robust construction with 420 SS body and jaws in carbide inserts.
Battery-Operated Cutting Tool:
- Suitable for tubing up to 1.125" (28.6 mm) outer diameter.
- Equipped with a 120V or 230V battery charger and two 18V batteries.
- Capable of performing approximately 300 cuts per charge with a cutting time of just 4 seconds.
- Features a robust construction with with jaws in 420 SS and cutter guard assembly in 304 SS.
