CIMac™ Analytical Columns are short-bed high-performance monolithic columns offering all the advantages of CIM® monolithic technology. Their small volume and short column length allow the operation at high volumetric flow rates, enabling them to receive the information about the product quantity and purity in just a few minutes. Hence, the CIMac™ Analytical Columns can be effectively used for the in-process and final control of various samples from different purification process steps.

CIMac™ CDI Analytical Columns columns are used for covalent immobilisation of ligands (e.g. proteins, peptides and other amine- or thiol-containing molecules). The covalent nature of the bond between the ligand and matrix reduces leaching and improves stability and reusability. Immobilised supports enable a variety of customised analytical affinity chromatography options with interactions specific to the target molecule.

CDI (carboxy imidazole) features:

  • Forms a covalent carbamate linkage with amino and thiol-containing molecules
  • Suitable for coupling of sensitive molecules, such as peptides, proteins, oligonucleotides
