CIMac™ Analytical Columns are short-bed high-performance monolithic columns offering all the advantages of CIM® monolithic technology. Their small volume and short column length allow the operation at high volumetric flow rates, enabling them to receive the information about the product quantity and purity in just a few minutes. Hence, the CIMac™ Analytical Columns can be effectively used for the in-process and final control of various samples from different purification process steps.
CIMac™ r-Protein Analytical Columns are primarily intended for fast, efficient, and reproducible analysis of immunoglobulin G (IgG) from various samples. They can be effectively used for in-process and final control (quantitative and qualitative) of IgG purified from cell culture supernatant or human plasma. The innovative stainless steel housing allows flow in both directions, increasing its durability and ease of use.
rProtein A (recombinant protein A from E. coli) features:
- Used for purification of mouse and most subtypes of human immunoglobulin G (IgG)
- Primary binding to the hinge region of IgG-Fc of IgG, secondary binding to light chains of other antibody classes
- Most suitable for purification of human IgG, and many IgM monoclonal antibodies
