Microfiltration TFF Cassette Solutions

Sartocon® and Sartocube® Microfiltration cassettes deliver high-performance separation combined with easy handling across various applications. Our cassette designs are self-sealing and feature enlarged feed and retentate ports for gentle product handling. They offer full scalability from development to large-scale manufacturing, thanks to consistent cassette geometry.

Membrane Types

• Hydrosart® membranes are stabilized cellulose derivatives with a broad pH and temperature range. They are hydrophilic, non-protein binding, and virtually non-fouling, supporting a consistently high flux
• Our polyethersulfone (PES) membrane offers high flux rates for fast processing, a stable polymer structure with a broad pH range (1–14) and good temperature tolerance, and minimal product loss thanks to its low-adsorptive material
