In Celsius^® FFTp horizontal plate freezer, the liquid repartition inside each container is controlled and the freezing conditions are the same for each container inside the freezer.

In collaboration with HOF, two standard freeze-thaw units have been defined for the processing of Celsius^® FFTp with Safecore™ Technology containers:

This offers reliable process control during freezing and thawing and also enables the matching of production volumes and footprint restrictions.
