Octet® R8, 8-Channel Protein Analysis System

The Octet^® R8 system is a versatile tool that can be used for a wide range of analyses, such as kinetic analysis, titer of IgG and other proteins, reagent qualification, immunoassay development, bioprocess development, quality control, crude antibody screening, epitope binning/mapping, ligand binding assays, small molecule analysis, elucidating cell signaling mechanisms, and infectious disease monitoring. You can perform analysis using a single channel or up to eight channels, giving you flexibility in sample throughput.

It can perform analyses of up to 96 samples in as little as 30 minutes to 2.5 hours, catering to different sample throughput needs. It's suitable for a range of analyses, including kinetic analysis, titer determination, immunoassay development, and more.
• Advanced Kinetic Screening and Versatility: Produces High-quality kinetic screening and affinity characterization by monitoring binding events in real-time to calculate on-rates (ka), off-rates (kd), and affinity constants (KD). The Octet^® R8 is versatile and can detect a wide range of biomolecules, including small molecules, proteins, viruses, and nanoparticles, making it suitable for various research and development applications.
• GxP Compliance and Unattended Run Capability: Octet^® R8 is designed for GxP-regulated environments. It comes with an optional GxP package that includes 21 CFR Part 11 software and IQOQ/PQ kits for regulatory compliance. It has an optional evaporation cover that minimizes sample volume losses, allowing for up to 12 hours of unattended run time and post-analysis sample recovery.
