Accessories for Vivaflow® Tangential Flow Filtration Cassettes

Vivaflow^® cassettes are engineered to make tangential flow filtration (TFF) more intuitive and efficient in laboratory research applications. A range of easy-to-use accessories complements Vivaflow^® cassettes to simplify setup and handling, and minimize optimization effort.

The cassette stand supports Vivaflow^® SU cassettes and minimizes the footprint of your system for a tidy set up. It is especially recommended when running two cassettes in series.

The feed reservoir makes both ultrafiltration and diafiltration exceptionally convenient. It is required for feed distribution during continuous diafiltration. This makes buffer exchange with Vivaflow^® gentle and efficient, by reducing reagent and water consumption, and avoiding sample dilution.

The flow restrictor set may be recommended for specific applications where TFF with the pink flow restrictor (included in Vivaflow® tubing kits) is sub-optimal. The blue flow restrictor can increase the rate of filtration, while the green flow restrictor can be useful when handling high-viscosity feeds or to reduce shear stress on aggregation-prone molecules.
