Tubing Kits for Vivaflow®

Each pack of Vivaflow^® TFF cassettes contains the tubing and accessories needed to perform ultrafiltration right out of the box. For an efficient alternative to dialysis and gel filtration, any Vivaflow^® cassette can also be used for buffer exchange.

This tubing kit, in combination with the Vivaflow^® feed reservoir, enables continuous diafiltration that is easy to set up, offers significant time savings, reduces reagent and water consumption, and avoids sample dilution.

With your feed sample concentrated to 500 mL or less, place one end of the tubing into a separate vessel containing the exchange buffer and securely connect the other end to the Vivaflow^® feed reservoir. When the pump is running, no additional effort is required to maintain a constant retentate volume during buffer exchange.
