Fundalux 12mm, 1L OPL10mm upgrade
The BioPAT® Fundalux Upgrade version consist of a probe, which has a 12 mm probe connection, an optical path lenght of 10mm and an insertion lenght of 120 mm. The probe includes a DCU amplifier and a Software Upgrade. The BioPAT® Fundalux probe is an absorption-based photometric probe that uses light from 840 nm to 910 nm to measure the turbidity in bioreactors and fermenters. This probe is applicable for a 1L Univessel®.

Choose your BioPAT®Fundalux
The BioPAT® Fundalux measuring system is designed for turbidity and total biomass measurement in the culture vessels of the bioreactors type Biostat® from Sartorius Stedim Systems GmbH. BioPAT® Fundalux probes precisely measure cell growth | total biomass as a function of absorption. The sensors are available in a selection of optical path lengths of 1,5 and 10 mm. The measured data can be transferred via the serial connection established with the local DCU controller. The CU output is conveniently displayed on the DCU visual display in real time. The optimal sampling frequency and time can be adjusted to best suit your bioprocessing parameters and data requirements. This data can then be transferred to our SCADA software: BioPAT®MFCS where real-time responses can be initiated and, by effect, create automated control loops that adjust the process toward a desired set point. The serial cable connects to the post-sterilization probe connector (push-pull type) utilizes a single analog port on the DCU tower. The measuring range of conecntration units is 0 - 0.5 to 4. The measuring range of OD 590 | 600 is 0 to 250. The measuring range of g/L WCW is 0 to 180.
