Floor Standing Robotic Mass Comparator
The floor standing robotic system CCR10-1000 is suited for handling weighs in the application ranges from 1 mg to 10 g. Designed to hold any desired type of weight: wire, leaf, knob, cylindrical or disk weights.
Our robotic systems ensure highest accuracy for the determination of mass. The fully automated mass comparison simplifies work in the mass laboratory. This enables complete sets of weights to be measured efficiently. The robot systems are supplied with a user-friendly control software. The CCR robot systems are equipped with climate sensors to measure changes of the temperature, pressure and humidity.

CCR10
Sartorius robot system for fully automatic determination of differences in mass and for calibration of mass standards and weights.
The system is comprised of
- 4-axis robot,
- 10 g mass comparator,
- turntable magazine with 39 positions for weight sets from 1 mg to 10 g,
- massive stone table, a computer,
- control unit, user-friendly control software and an enclosure,
For fast and efficient operation of the robot, the reference and test weight are placed on separate comb-type weight grippers in front of the mass comparator.
Special performance features:
- The comb-type grippers accommodate a group of up to four weights
- The grippers simultaneously place weight groups on the weighing pan, thus ensuring quick changes of reference and test weight combinations on the mass comparator
- Direct 1:1 mass comparison and mass dissemination of class E1 weights is possible
- Prior to mass comparison, the robot automatically selects and prepares the groups of weights required for dissemination of mass
- The weight grippers are designed so that any weight shapes, such as wire and leaf weights as well as knob, cylindrical and disk weights can be handled efficiently
- Overlapping electrical weighing ranges up to 10 g

* Repeatability is the standard deviation "s"; it is calculated from
6 ABBA cycles, after eliminating drift. Prerequisites for the standard deviation are good climatic conditions
in accordance with the OIML R111 Guideline.
Setup and installation by our special mass comparator technicians from Germany is required.
