The new Sartocon® Q Hydrosart® 30 kDa mAb SCU features the new Q screen design for final viscosities between 3-30cP, combined with an mAb optimized 30kDa cut off.

Our Hydrosart® 30kDa membrane is a high-performance, stabilized cellulose-based membrane optimized for monoclonal antibody processing.

· Extremely hydrophilic, ensuring non-protein binding and virtually non-fouling properties.

· Exceptionally cleanable, with high caustic stability, providing a long-life cycle with stable performance in flux and retention.

Typical applications within aseptic processing:

· Concentration of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)

· Volume reduction of buffer exchange

This new cassette type was specifically optimized for monoclonal antibody applications but is also suitable for molecules of similar size, as well as e.g. bispecific antibodies.
