Biosafe® Aseptic Transfer Port - 200 mm - Outside Left Opening

The Biosafe^® 200 mm Rapid transfer ports offers reliable and easy-to-use solutions for the secure transfer of components and fluids while maintaining the integrity of the critical area (e.g., isolators, RABS and cleanrooms). The Biosafe^® 200 Port complements our existing Biosafe^® 110 mm Port. The larger diameter accommodates final filling sets with more than five lines and stopper transfers over 20 mm.

Biosafe^® Rapid Transfer Ports can be used for any component or fluid transfer, such as:

• Transfer into isolators or RABS (entry of final filling set, entry of stoppers, and removal of QC plate, tools, and waste)
• Transfer of large volume support solutions held in lower classified environments to higher classification process zones (such as media feed to N-2 | N-1 | bioreactor, buffer feed to chromatography columns, or transfer out of high classified zone for post-viral area or final filling)

Biosafe^® 200 Rapid Transfer Port is a cutting-edge aseptic transfer solution featuring a unique magnetic connection system that reduces contamination risks and particle generation without any rotation.

The external opening allows operation in a gloveless environment to comply with Annex 1 requirements, featuring:

Biosafe^® 200 mm Ports are used with the range of Biosafe^® Beta-bag and the Biosafe^® RAFT System (Rapid Aseptic Fluid Transfer).

Biosafe^® 200 bags are designed to accommodate the chosen sterilization method for the components to be used, taking also into account process needs related to component management: whether in-house or by the component supplier of your choice.
