Overview

The Incucyte® CX3 Live-Cell Analysis System empowers every scientist to study complex 3D cell models over time. Its compact spinning disk confocal design delivers clear imaging of organoids and spheroids with reduced phototoxicity, as they grow, completely undisturbed within the physiologically relevant environment of the incubator. The optical module travels below the culture vessels, enabling continuous observation of models that mature over days—without sacrificing reproducibility, throughput, or analytical power.

With exceptional flexibility, the CX3 supports simultaneous 2D and 3D assays, and leverages both fluorescence-based (green, orange and NIR) and label-free imaging to monitor morphology, growth, and phenotypic changes. The Incucyte® CX3 features an automated emission wheel that minimizes spectral overlap and enhances signal-to-noise ratio, ensuring reproducible and reliable data.

The system comes standard with three microplate trays, supporting up to six microplates in parallel for higher throughput.  Additionally, an automated turret boasting 4X/10X/20X objectives providing a powerful combination for a wide array of applications.
