Customers of filter transfer sets for final filling typically struggle with long lead times of up to 6 months, as those transfer sets are normally engineered to order (ETO). This includes a long design phase and often requires prototypes to be built and tested. As a consequence, customers confront much slower speed to market and incur higher risks of operational errors from frequently changing filling processes because of different product designs.

Our solution is to offer a standardized CTO approach instead of an engineered-to-order single-use solution for final filtration. This includes holder hardware and Single-use Filter Transfer Sets for Final Filling.

If needed, competitor filters can be interfaced, using the same product concept.
