The Incucyte® 3D Nanowell Plates facilitate high-throughput organoid studies by creating a 3D microenvironment that mimics in vivo conditions, supporting organoid growth and differentiation. These plates feature an array of hydrogel-printed microwells, each optimized to foster uniform and reproducible organoid formation. Additionally, each well contains a dedicated pipetting port for seamless medium changes that can be integrated with automated processes, thus enhancing efficiency and reproducibility in large-scale screening assays. Together with the Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis System and Incucyte® Organoid Analysis Software Module (9600-0034), these plates enable high-throughput, long-term imaging and analysis of organoids, providing insights into their growth and viability dynamics. This plate also requires systems to be operating on Incucyte® Base Software v2024A or later.

Each well of the Incucyte® 3D Nanowell Plate contains an array of 73 microwells (500 µm diameter) for homogeneous organoid formation and high-throughput label-free evaluation of organoids all within a single plate.

Optimized for long-term evaluation and analysis
As opposed to other methods such as embedding organoids in Matrigel®, the Incucyte® 3D Nanowell Plates keep organoids within the same focal plane therefore reducing imaging artifacts. Incucyte® 3D Nanowell Plates have been validated for use with Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis Systems with base software v2024A or later, and require the Incucyte® Organoid Analysis Software Module to automatically locate, image, and analyzes organoids to providing powerful insight into morphology, size and count.
Each plate is individually packaged, sterile and TC-treated, and should be stored upright at 2-8oC upon receipt.
