Ultrafiltration Hydrosart^® TFF Cassette Solutions

Sartocon^® and Sartocube^® ultrafiltration cassettes deliver high-performance separation combined with easy handling across various applications. Our cassette designs are self-sealing and feature enlarged feed and retentate ports for gentle product handling. They offer full scalability from development to large-scale manufacturing, thanks to consistent cassette geometry.

Our Hydrosart^® membrane is a high-performance, stabilized cellulose-based membrane optimized for biopharmaceutical process applications.

• Extremely hydrophilic, ensuring non-protein binding and virtually non-fouling properties
• Exceptionally cleanable, with high caustic stability, providing a long life cycle with stable performance in flux and retention
• Excellent chemical compatibility with commonly used solvents in ADC or peptides & oligonucleotide processing

Available Screen Types:

E-Screen: More open screen geometry for high-viscosity solutions (> 3cP) with lower pressure drops

ECO Screen: More narrow screen geometry for lower final viscosities (up to 3cP). Enables efficient processing with lower pump capacities
