Alkalizator - In-line Lysis SystemProduct FamilyA fully automated in-line lysis system with a closed single-use loop for process development (PD) up to pilot scale. In addition to state-of-the-art mixing control, it can be configured to automatically and continuously process up to 500 L of resuspended cells per workday.
Our In-line alkaline lysis system is designed to increase control and efficiency of pDNA isolation from bacterial cells, while decreasing unwanted impurities such as host cell genomic DNA and RNA. The Lysis Reactor is a single use component with simple installation, requires little countertop space and provides a clean and simple alternative to larger batch lysis processes allowing user to use it as a plug and play combination.
