Flexel® 3D Bags for Palletank®

Flexel^® 3D single-use bags for Palletank^® are designed for the processing and storage of large volumes of biopharmaceutical solutions in Sartorius Palletank^® containers. They provide a single-use alternative to traditional stainless steel vessels in a large variety of applications.

Flexel^® 3D single-use Bags for Palletank^® are available in standard volumes from 50 L to 1,000 L. They are available with or without a filter as:

• Stand-alone bags with silicone tubing
• Stand-alone bags with TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) tubing
• Stand-alone bags with silicone and TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) tubing

Designed to fit Palletank^®, a market-leading space-saving bag containment system.

Sterile connection and disconnection devices like the Biowelder^® and the Biosealer^® can be used to allow reliable connections and disconnections from and to another process step. Female luer fittings with a needle-free sampling port may be used for easy and convenient sampling, and quick connects may be attached directly or adapted to a variety of connections. Tri-clamps that are widely used in a production environment assure maximum flexibility.
