Application & Configuration

The Sartoflow® Smart is suitable for use in laboratory environments for process development and clinical trials as well as for cGMP environments.

It can be configured to accept either Sartocon® Slice 200 or Sartocon® Slice ECO UF cassettes. An optional holding device for 50 cm2 TFF modules e.g. Sartocon® Slice 50 is available.

The recirculation tank utilizes a load cell for level control and can be replaced by a recirculation bag stand with Flexboy® bags.

The Sartoflow® Smart TFF system is the ideal tool for developers establishing and refining process parameters in scale-up and scale-down studies. Achieve stable values for retentate pressure or transmembrane pressure (TMP) by applying the automated retentate valve and diafiltration pump.
