BioPAT® Conductivity | pHProduct Family
Sensor for Flow Applications
The BioPAT® Conductivity | pH is a single-use sensor for flow applications with aqueous process media. The sensor is intended to determine the conductivity. A pH electrode can be added to the product to determine the pH value. The product consists of a SU ‘pipe’ into which the sensor components are assembled. A temperature sensor is integrated in both sensors for direct read-out and compensation of the conductivity and pH measurement. The hardware integration considers the current strategy for process automation and is carried out via a Knick read-out card.

BioPAT® Low FlowProduct FamilyThe BioPAT® Low Flow sensor is an ultrasonic Clamp-on sensor with integrated converter for high precision and robust non-invasive flow measurement. The sensor is specifically designed to measure with high precision within its entire specified flow range (3% - 30% Qmax). Inside the flow clamp-on three pairs of piezoelectric sensors function both as a source and a detector for ultrasound waves. The BioPAT® Low Flow ultrasonic sensors are the world’s only flow meter clamp-ons that use a single-use flow pipe instead of measuring directly on the tube.
